Record and track your vessels and related equipment.
Captures key information about your boat, engines and onboard equipment. Set reminders for significant events such as Inspections, Commercial registration renewals, maintenance periods and more.
Usage statistics from Trip Logs allow you track and report on useful statistics such as Engine Hours, Fuel Consumption, and so on.
Your crew can raise any significant maintenance issues that emerge during general oprations with muliple levels of urgency.
Workforce Administration
Allocate team members. Define Roles and assign team members to the various Roles required to Crew your vessels and Tours.
For each team member, you can record basic administrative details, match crew to roles based on their qualifications and assign crew to scheduled trips.
Each crew member has their own scheduling calendar to view their upcoming work assignments.
Setup employee rates in CBoatOps or integrate with your own HRMS system to import wage and salary costs.
Tour/Trip Management
Plan and manage your tour portfolio in CBoatOps. Integrate with various front-end booking platforms to sync your tour portfolio to your various sales channels.
Plan your workforce requirements by scheduling crew per upcoming trip. Crew Schedules can be linked to a trip calendar, allowing crew members to have their own view of upcoming trip schedules.
Based on typical resource usage trends, you can calculate which resources that you’ll need for any given trip. With our integrated passenger manifest and booking preview, you can see any specific passenger requests for a trip and plan accordingly.
Our integrated Trip Log feature allows crew to record all significant events during a trip – customer related, internal crew issues, navigational issues as well as vessel maintenance and performance.
Resource Planning
Your bottom line is improved when you can reliably predict the consumable resources that you will need when provisioning your tours. CBoatOps provides a number of tools and processes to help you plan accordingly. We also provide the reporting tools to evaluate your usage and consumption rates and analyze how to economize where needed.
